FIRST INTERACTION
During our first contact we will discuss your needs and arrange to either meet you in person or conduct a remote survey to ensure we have a clear idea of your move. This means we will know what items you have to be moved, where you are moving and the ease of access to your old and new property.
After the survey we will provide you with a free no obligation quote via email or your preferred way of contact. This will include a full list of the services we can offer you, our terms and conditions and most importantly our price. Cost of moving home.
If you choose to use our services we will discuss further your requirements and go about setting your move date.
MOVING DAY
Our friendly crew will arrive at the time agreed and introduce themselves.
There will be a crew leader who is in charge of your move and be your go to guy.
The crew leader will first do a walk through of the property with you, this is where they will note any existing damage for insurance purposes and to ensure no damage has occurred during the move process.
Next the crew will prepare your property for the move to begin, this includes laying carpet and hard floor protection. The crew will also wear shoe covers if required.

PACKING
Should you be using our packing service we will work with you to ensure we don’t pack anything you may need until the very last box.
We use leading industry trusted packing materials during all our moves and these come included in your price.
When using our packing service we also include a wipe down service which means we wipe clean any furniture using lint cloths to remove any dust so we don’t bring this into your new property.
(We know no matter how clean you are, dust seems to hide down the back of every cabinet!)
LOADING TIME
Once the property and your belongings are ready crew will work out a plan on the best execution and begin loading the vans. They use specialist removals blankets and covers to best protect your belongings during transit.
Our crews are trained to stack your belongings in the safest and most careful way to ensure there are no damages to your property during transit. We include a dismantling and reassembly service where we will take apart any beds or bulky furniture and reassemble when at your new property.
We can also offer to un-plumb and reinstall your washing machine.
The crews and van/s will now make their way to your new property but we will give you the crew leaders phone number so should there be any issues you can contact them.

REACHING YOUR NEW HOME
This depends on whether we have to wait for keys or you already have them, but when you are ready to unload the van/s we will complete a property walkthrough with you again noting any pre existing damages.
Once this is complete the crew will begin to lay the floor protection again and prepare to bring your belongings inside your new property.
Your items will be placed in the correct rooms and furniture will be placed in your chosen area. We will also reassemble any furniture we have taken apart and set where you would like it.
When moving house we know lots of customers have bought new furniture which may still be flat packed, we can also arrange for this to be built.
UNPACKING
If you have chosen one of our unpacking tiers we will continue to unpack all of your belongings and place these onto a flat surface ready to be put where you want them. We can also include an extra service to unpack your belongings and place these into the correct place e.g kitchen cupboards.
Once all items are unpacked and placed in a room of your choice we will remove all of the debris, packing materials and floor protection.

Your move is now complete and we can leave you to settle in. The crew are on hand at all times so if you have any questions or issues during the day please reach out to the crew leader who will be more than happy to help
